My dishes have a strong Italian heritage but are also influenced by my travels and life abroad, so you'll see a touch of international flavors in my cuisine.

I offer regional and traditional Italian dishes with a more contemporary twist. I like also to cook some classic European and American dishes as well as fusion plates. The common ground is to use healthy fresh ingredients and to gracefully present colorful and appealing plates.

Ended up being a private dinner for my fiance and I. Food was inventive and fun. Loved everything we had and Alessia was so much fun to talk to. Watching her cook and host was quite impressive. A unique experience!

Dinner with Alessia was fantastic! Every dish tasted incredible and was plated beautifully. I especially loved the red bell pepper flan. (I'm still thinking about it, days after the event.) Alessia is warm and welcoming and I loved hearing her tell her story. The conversation was great and we made some new friends! I highly recommend booking a seat at Alessia's table!
